How this site works
This site runs on a content management system I have developed myself using a very basic system initially developed by US developer allscoop.
The content management system features I have addded include simple but powerful page editing and management facilities, a news/bloging system, site design administration and user management including three levels of access rights.
If you have a web site that you think could benefit from this content management system please contact me. If you do not yet have a web site I can provide hosting facilities, domain names and a starting set up of the web site for a very low cost based around this system. Even if you don't understand how to set up web pages you will be able to manage a web site using this system.
